Day 4 ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฟ Boemian Switzerland

Today was reserved for hiking. No motorcycle riding. Spoiler alert: this place was well worth the trip!
Around 10am I began my hike which turned out to be over 16 Km through the Narodni Park.

Amazing views and gorgeous details:

The highlight was the โ€žPrebishtorโ€œ. When I looked on the Internet for the top spots in Czech Republic and I saw the photos, I told myself: you got to go there ๐Ÿ˜‰
When anticipation and expectations grow, often you risk to be disappointed. Not this time. There it was, in all itโ€™s mighty.

The Prebischtor

I spent a good hour contemplating this corner of the world from different angles and inhaling the surreal atmosphere.

Let me try to bring you there with this video while descending:

After seeing this masterpiece I was glad and satisfied. I kept walking and new surprises were awaiting me. After 5 Km descending the gorge swallowed my path.

Ahead of me a there was a dam, used to slow down the current upstream. The path stopped there and the only way to proceed was to take a boat ๐Ÿ›ถ through the gorge.

The boat trip was fun and refreshing. Twenty minutes we put feet on the path again and I was going to continue my hike when I saw a campfire with people roasting sausages on it. I donโ€™t need to tell you how it ended up ๐Ÿ˜‚

The guy behind me photo bombed ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘
Ready ๐Ÿ˜‹

I donโ€™t know how many calories I burned today but the fact is, the sausage (Bockwurst) was digested within the next half an hour. Especially because of all the stairs to climb out of the gorge ๐Ÿ˜…

Today was just incredible and I had so much fun. It would have been great to do this trip with my wife and our boys. One day we might come back together.

By the way here is the Koomot track record of the hike in case you too want to go for it. It starts from Mezna Louka. Feel free to add a comment below, no matter in what language!
